.. Началом отсчета истории группы можно считать 1996 год. Именно тогда собирается группа «Крестовый поход» и выпускает альбом «Небо в огне» с балладной композицией «Черный ворон» - она принесла группе популярность и долго звучала на радиостанциях Украины. После выхода последующих альбомов «Аккорд натянутых вен»(1998) и «T.N.T.»(1999) наступил длительный перерыв, во время которого музыканты работали в других проектах. 

В 2005 году группа собирается вновь и начинает работать над новым материалом, выдержанным в стиле modern rock, melodic hard. В связи с изменением в стилистике и звучании, музыканты решают изменить название. Так появляется “STANZA”. 

Магнетизм и экспрессию музыки группы “STANZA” можно прочувствовать в их “первенце” – альбоме “Дыхание” (“Moon records”, 2010). Презентация диска и первого видеоклипа, снятого на сингл «Пьеса» (реж. А.Нижников) состоялась в конце февраля. Песни, собранные на диске, написаны в течение последних четырёх лет и отражают, что чувствовали и чем вдохновлялись музыканты всё это время. Благодаря своей разноплановости альбом интересен широкой аудитории любителей рок-музыки. В альбом вошло 13 треков, однако это далеко не весь созданный за это время материал. Многочисленные композиции, не вошедшие в альбом, можно услышать на живых выступлениях группы. В песнях группы “STANZA” – чувственная лирика и мудрая жизненная философия, нестареющие темы любви и поиска смысла жизни. Это гармония музыки, стихов и умение донести их до слушателя. На этом языке “STANZA” разговаривает с теми, кто приходит на их концерты. В лирических балладах и динамичных рок-композициях каждый находит что-то созвучное своим мыслям и чувствам. Вот почему, услышав группу один раз, невозможно остаться равнодушным. “STANZA”- энергичная, полная драйва и адреналина рок-группа с большим опытом работы как на различных сольных концертах, корпоративных мероприятиях клубного формата, так и на больших фестивальных площадках Украины и России.

Слушатели – это в основном молодежь от 18 до 35 лет, готовая не только слушать музыку, но и воспринимать содержательные тексты песен как неотъемлемую часть неповторимого стиля группы.

Presentation of the disc and the first video clip shot on the single "Play" (dir. A. Nizhnikov) was held in late February. The songs collected on the disc were written over the past four years and reflect the feeling and what inspired the musicians all the time. With its multilevel album interesting audience fans of rock music. The album includes 13 tracks, but this is not all created during this time the material. Numerous songs were not included in the album can be heard on the band's live performances.
